Whether your purchased item is new or used, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. From the day you receive your item, you have a full 90 days to submit a return request. There's no need for the item to be in its original condition, unworn, unused, or even in its original packaging. All we ask is that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase and return the item. We believe in the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, rest assured knowing you have 90 days to seek a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return to sender
If your order was returned back to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery, you will be issued a store credit totalling the total amount of your order

Delivery Liability
We bear no responsibility for theft or loss once the package tracking indicates delivery. In case of post-delivery disappearance, we recommend contacting local authorities as stealing packages is a federal offense. Make certain your delivery site is safe.

Order cancellation
To ensure swift delivery, our fulfillment team processes orders quickly. If you decide to cancel your order, please note that cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it. Should you wish to receive a refund after your order has been processed, you will need to return the product at your own expense.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
